Registration Steps for Kinderhook Lodge (2 nights) on October 8-10, 2010

  • Fill out the following registration form and print it.
  • Click the submit button.
  • To hold you reservation a non-refundable deposit of $125 is required with this registration form.
  • Mail the printed Registration Form and a check in the amount of $125, payable to Creative Haven Retreats.
  • This deposit is included in your total cost.
  • The remaining balance of $125 is due 30 days before your arrival date. If you are making your reservation within 30 days of your stay, the full payment is due to make the reservation. If we do not receive your complete payment within that time, there will be a $25 late fee or your reservation will be cancelled.
  • $30 fee will be added to any returned check

Room Assignments
Room assignment is based solely on availability & group size.   We are committed to making your stay enjoyable whether you are coming by yourself or with a group. Due to the differences in rooms at our retreats, we will do our best to accomodate you.

Cancellation Policy
Substitutions and cancellations may be made by calling 1-314-494-1030.   Deposits are nonrefundable but can be transferred to another guest.   If other fees have been paid, they will be refunded until 15 days prior to the reservation date, minus a $25 cancellation fee.   No refunds will be made between 6 to 15 days prior to a reservation date, but deposits (and payments) may be transferred to another guest.   No refunds will be made 5 days or less before the reservation date for any reason.   Registrants who fail to appear on the reservation date are liable to Creative Haven Retreats for the full fee.   Substitutions may be made at any time with notification.

Disclaimer
Should unforeseen circumstances prevent the you from completting a reservation, liability to Creative Haven Retreats shall be only for the return of the weekend fee.   Creative Haven Retreats will not be responsible for any additional consequential losses or fees.   Should this unfortunate event occur, every effort will be made to reschedule.
